How does the user pricing work?
The base plan includes 3 users for SGD 3,000 per year. You can add additional concurrent users at SGD 1,000 per user per year. You can create unlimited user accounts, but only the number of concurrent users you've subscribed to can be logged in simultaneously.
Can I add or remove concurrent users later?
Yes, you can add or remove concurrent users at any time. Simply contact our support team and we'll adjust your subscription accordingly. Changes will be prorated based on your billing cycle.
What's the difference between user accounts and concurrent users?
User accounts are unlimited - you can create as many user accounts as needed for your team. Concurrent users refer to how many users can be logged in and using the system at the same time. Your subscription determines the maximum number of concurrent users.
